Our client is a design/build landscape architecture and maintenance company with revenue base in 2005 of $1.75 million (40% design/build and 60% maintenance). The active 2005 customer base of 100 accounts was 55% commercial maintenance customers and 5% residential customers. The remaining accounts were residential architecture (30%) and commercial architecture customers (10%).

Our Client has a superior name and reputation in its marketplace and for 13 years it has build a reputation for quality services at competitive prices.

Among our Clients commercial accounts are several major corporations, utilities and governmental agencies.

The Companys highest sales was attained in 2002 ($2.2 million) and decreased for 2003 and 2004 ($1.6 million and $1.4 million, respectively) but has rebound in 2005 ($1.75 million). The Company has various opportunities for growth. Two are presented here:

Growth Potential #1: Over the years, our Client has operated on a low-key marketing approach, relying primarily on word-of-mouth and referrals. Given its present position a more aggressive marketing program should produce significant expansion of its customer base in its current operating range.

Growth Potential #2: The Companys current customer base is located outside the hurricane-damaged gulf coast region. However, it is geographically located to easily expand its coverage into that area. Our client is well-positioned to expand into that area with minimum capital requirements (personnel and equipment). The rebuilding of the gulf coast region will put significant demand for landscape architecture and landscape maintenance services for many years to come.

Facility is owned by the selling shareholder and leased to the Company. The facilities are very appropriate for this type operation.
